Bathroom light fixture, attach a cord. You can buy the cords bare, or you can cut a regular extension cord and bare the wires.

Drill a hole in the bathroom wall. Drill a corresponding hole in the closet. (All the walls in this house are thick wood and plaster. There’s four inches of dead space between.) Use a dowel and twine and your roommate to coax the cord though the two holes.

Attach the light. Pet the very needy Azalea, as she would very much like to help in what ever task you are attempting.
